Lily Allen has confirmed she'll take "one or two years off from recording and performing music" from March 2010.
It follows rumours of her quitting music to pursue a career in acting.
The singer said she would use the time off to start her own record label, set up a fashion shop with her sister and "spend some time in the home I've built for myself".
Well after everyone being anal about her decision to quit the music business due to illegal music downloading affecting artists income she has finally come out properly about the whole situation. Taking a break? For fashion? I mean just because she buys nice clothes (or is given for free) doesn't mean she's going to do well in 'designing' clothes.
